He discovered the problem explained the solution and gave us an estimate of the price and arrival of the part that had to be ordered. The part came earlier than first thought and Caden was quick to let us know and make arrangements to quickly finish the job. There were no surprises or added costs. The furnace is working and we are very happy we chose Ignite.”
