“After our new HVAC and A/C System install with Ignite we needed to address our inoperable gas fireplace. Certainly, concerned about the cost to repair if not replace we trusted Ignite to be thorough and fair. Caiden did not disappoint! “Originally I called for air conditioner maintenance, knowing my system was on it's last legs. Caiden came, took a thorough look at my system and advised me to consider replacing part or all of my system. I then met with Isaac who did an amazing presentation of what options I had, the costs of those options, possible financing if needed and a timeline of installation. Very comprehensive. I made my decision and set the appointment for install. Installation day arrived, the installers were on time, personable and really great in every way! The job was completed early, everything was perfectly clean during and after. I waited to write my review a few months because I wanted to see how the system operated. We have used the new furnace and new air conditioner many times and they work great. This has been a very hot summer and we like it cool, very happy with the result. It's cool and has been relatively reasonable in operating costs. The furnace kept us nice and toasty. Thank you Isaac for running a honest and excellent business. Much success in the future.”
